    Food truck located amongst a bunch of food trucks a little past the Kahului Costco near the airport.

    Authentic japanese ramen and other dishes coming out of a food truck.  This was quite a pleasant surprise.  Chef is one that takes pride in serving up quality food.  The prices aren't cheap, but for the quality and quantity, it's very much worth it.

    I'm a regular now.

    Ordered Chashu Bowl (one large and one regular) and Special Original Ramen (TO GO). The pork was really good and tasty. The ramen was ok. Tell you the truth, if the pork on each dish wasn't good, we would've went home angry. We ate at the tables but didn't finish our food. They gave us a box to carry our to go plates in(when we ordered earlier), and I decided to return it since we're not going to use it. I thought you know, they could use it again. The owner told us "next time eat here cause we lose money" (we threw away one take out bowl cause we tried to mixed our leftover chashu bowls together. The owner saw)

    But we thought, if we wanna take our leftover home wouldn't we would ask for a takeout bowl again? Lose out money my a** It's a foodtruck, the utensils are supposed to be disposable. -_-

    Never again. No thanks

    The ramen is outstanding! The broth is amazing and I come often as a Maui resident. The other reviews are correct though about the rude guy and that's the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review. The guy who is there lately is so rude and messes up my order literally every time. Verdict: Great Ramen with one bad apple working there.

    One of thee best ramen my husband & I have had! Super friendly & ono food. You have to try the curry ramen, it gets me every time. Very authentic ramen

    What a great find at the Maui food trucks across from Costco in Kahului!  Their original ramen $12 had a perfect al dente noodles and a broth to die for.  I found myself enjoying each bite of ramen and slurping all of the broth.

    Also go a mini chashu pork belly bowl, $6.  So tasty!  Can't believe that came from a food truck.
